Lakeside Resort Condos

This upscale development, in Huntsville near Pineview Reservoir, is the closest condo lodging to Snowbasin ... just 10-15 minutes away by car or shuttle.  Powder Mountain is a 20-25 minute drive.  Condos range in size from 1 Bedroom/1.5 Bath, accommodating up to 4 persons, to 4 Bedrooms/3.5 Baths, accommodating up to 14 persons.  The majority of these condos have views of Snowbasin or the lake, and units 2 Bedroom/2 Bath or larger have private hot tubs.  Most have washer/dryer and gas fireplace, and many offer wireless Internet access.  Common area facilities include an outdoor hot tub.  Tennis courts and an outdoor pool are also available during the summer. 

Regularly scheduled winter shuttle service to Snowbasin is available to most guests staying at Lakeside Resort Properties, with limited connecting service to Powder Mountain.

Typical winter rates start at $175/night (non-Holiday) and $275/night (Holiday), for a 1 Bedroom condo, and go up to $475/night (non-Holiday) and $650/night (Holiday), for a 4 Bedroom condo. Summer rates  range from $135-$385/night with somewhat lower rates in the spring and fall value seasons.
